Kazumi... well... she was positioned on third base, unfortunately for her team.

And she couldn't help but just stare at Fate. Kazumi was probably imagining flowers and sparkley bubbles around the blonde as she ran her bases.

A few people were shouting at her, but she was sort of in a bit of a trance.

Maybe she should watch out for that baseball that was headed right for her...

Fate on the other hand was on the ball for once, and she noticed the ball hurling at Kazumi's head and she wasn't making any motion to catch it.

"Kazumi-chan look out!"

"Wha?" Kazumi was... only slightly snapped out of it by Fate's voice...

... and being tackled snapped her out of it completely.

"Uwah?!"

Bounce. The ball struck the wall she was near as Fate groaned, draped over her. She reached over and touched third and a slightly dazed umpire exclaimed, "safe!"

"Are you okay? You didn't notice the ball hurling at your head Kazumi-chan."
