half these things don't count as spoiled anyway, such as:

- good grades
- aim (you don't need $$ to sign up for messenging programs)
- msn
- yahoo
- pets
- 2+ best friends (if you have friends, how does that make you "spoiled"?)
- 100+ buddies on msn/aim
- met a celebrity (you can meet them by chance... not because you're spoiled)

so yeah. technically, i am under 40 and should not be considered spoiled :p
