If only it were that easy. Semi-trailers decks are REALLY high and not conducive to the type of moving we need to do. I'll probably rent a moving truck and do all the big stuff in a single trip. We honestly don't have that much stuff.

Don't remind me. While I love the prospect of owning a home again, I know from my previous three experiences with real estate that the figurative teeth-pulling that comes with it is a pain in the butt.
