My school uses LGBTQIQ. I prefer GAY PEOPLE. It stands for Gay Acronym Yelling Passionate Enthusiastic Out People, Lesbians, and Etc.

oh wow, what a fun church.

I love that there is a person in this world named Odyssey, and I love that she is cool enough for the name. Hooray for incredible roommates!

Boooo, drama; but I'm sure you'll find somewhere that suits you eventually. If it's a big school, there are bound to be some people/organizations who have a few strands of sense in them. :D

Incidentally, when I'm not thinking I always end up typing/saying LGBLT - because I think of a BLT sandwich and it confuses me. Yep.

Oh, there are! I'm planning to attend the meetings of a few that seem really cool - like the TAIKO DRUMMING CLUB THAT WE HAVE OMG WE HAVE ONE I'M SO EXCITED.

HAHAHAHAH I always think of that, too. People should market them. G-BLTs for AIDS awareness!! or something!!

I wish more people from less loud religions would be more open about it. (At least over here.) Because all of the Catholics I've met have been awesome and are great to have debates/discussions with.

And... I love Kinsey. Just a number and no messy abbreviations. Even if one single number isn't the most accurate method of defining one's sexuality for others, it's still a bit less messy.

The thing about Catholicism is that it's not terribly evangelistic. In parish school I was told to evangelize by being an example of a good life, rather than by walking up and handing people pamphlets. Honestly I like that about it, as we're generally known for being much less annoying than... certain other denominations. |D

AH, KINSEY. SO CONVENINENT. I guess gay organizations would just have to call themselves "1 Through 6 Association" then? XD

I'm not talking about evangelising, just... knowing someone is Catholic before they start going on about knowing nuns. Aside from that little moment of confusion, I quite like Catholics and their theistic practises. Especially because all the ones I know are very nice about explaining things... and then stopping when you ask them. ♥

Or shortened down to something like 1-6K and thus confusing parents looking to put their children in kindergarten/primary school. *grins evily*
