What a loss nmaki April 12 2007, 15:00:21 UTC
I own, but haven't read Vonnegut as I have heard so many wonderful things about his work.

Thanks for posting this. I think I'll pull out Slaughter House Five and give it a read.

I think Slaughter House Five is the first thing I had read of his. I enjoyed it, but I really liked Cat's Cradle which I read more recently.

Timequake, his last fiction novel written in 1997 is good too. Like all his books it's very autobiographical in ways.

I've only read a few of his books, Breakfast of Champions being the most memorable (to me).

Great icon.

I have only read Deadeye Dick, Slaughterhouse Five, Timequake, and Cat's Cradle.

Cat's Cradle is very good and philosophical.

I've written reviews of Slaughterhouse Five and Timequake on my website -

One of those who are still on my "need to read-list". His interview at the Daily Show was awesome!

Yeah, I recall seeing it when it was first on.

Unfortunately I can't access streaming video sites from work. I will check out the link tonight.

Was I even close to what he said in the interview?

I had totally forgotten about that mask we talked about until now. You have a very good memory.
