Dream Effect: Feelings of anxiety
Warnings: Subconscious Egotism perhaps?
"Come on Potter you need to pick someone!" An omniscient voice echoes through what appears to be an old style theater. There's red padded chairs spanning out in every direction and in front of them is a wide stage with thick red curtains that have yet to be pulled back. Sitting in the chairs are Hermione, Draco, Ron, Mr. Weasley, Gilderoy Lockhart, Fred, and George, and just about anyone else from Harry's world that he might have known.
"I can't just pick someone." Harry says from a few seats back. He sounds strained as if he's making a really difficult choice.
"Fine then, I'll just have to pick for you." Hermione, Mr. Weasley, and Lockhart all stand and head onto the stage. The curtain pulls back and a series of strange obstacles ensue mostly involving flying objects that they have to zap with their wands, something to do with fish in an aquarium, and a roller coaster gone awry.
Harry seems stressed and he yells for the tests to stop at which point they do. The three contestants for that's what they seem to be, sit back in their chairs perfectly unfazed.
"You have to pick someone Harry."
"You have to pick someone," The voice seems to be whispering close to Harry's ear now, "there must always be a Harry Potter, so choose."
[Harry wakes up with a puzzled look on his face. His eyes crunch together and he looks at the date on his clock frowning. He's been asleep for a bit and that was certainly one of the weirdest dreams he's had here, perhaps with the exception of being a girl. He reaches over and turns off the dreamberry though he'll answer if a call comes. ]
