Brief Bio: Cyril Kamelot is a General of the Black Order. He replaced General Cross as an Exorcist, however his Innocence is the Hamelin Whistle, and Judgement is not bound to any Exorcist at present. Cyril is a skilled Alchemist and Sorcerer, and is just as fastidious and neat as any Cyril. He remains a sadist and one twisted individual, and Tyki's brother. Tyki's place as a Noah gives Cyril no end of vexation. Cross replaced Cyril as the Noah of Desires. In turn, Cyril adopted Allen Walker after Mana's death. He was close to the 14th, and for the most part canon is the same--except Allen's had a vastly different, and deeply more traumatic upbringing.

Innocence: Hamelin Whistle
The basic form is a pan flute, and he can do easy attacks using sonic vibrations, this is the unevolved form and mostly only for dealing with low level Akuma.
The second form is an Indian Bansuri. This form has more powerful attacks and is far more precise. He can also control physical movement with it by manipulation sonic vibrations.
The third form is a transverse flute, specifically a Western concert flute, and retains the abilities of the first two forms--and adds illusions. Anyone that can hear his song can fall under his illusion.
In all three forms his attacks can be disrupted or nullified by disrupting sonic vibration. The illusions can be blocked if you can shut out the sound.
Kadeir Teyrnon - The Chair of the Prince: Cyril's version of Grave of Maria, he controls the corpse of a dead Exorcist, but unlike Maria's illusions, the Exorcist he controls is a combat type. Teyr's Innocence is an unbreakable spear with growth and shrinking properties similar but lesser to Lavi's Hammer. The other property of Teyr's Spear is the ability to cut anything.
Canon CR:
Allen Walker-Kamelot: Adorable apprentice and adopted son. Hopefully he grows up to be as sexy as Tyki~ Though Cyril wishes Allen would stop calling him 'Master' and call him 'Papa'. That poor kid has suffered untold horrors at Cyril's hands.
Komui Li: Amusing man. His sister complex is endearing, his penchant for building robots is less so.
Sokaro: Not his favorite General in terms of taste or dress sense, in some ways they have the most similar personality.
Froi Tiedoll: They work well together, and he admires an artistic man~ Froi owes him a favor or two.
Klaud Nine: He likes her but her cold demeanor is off putting. She'll never get a husband with that attitude.
Tyki Mikk: He will save his brother from his curse, even if it means killing him with his own hands.
Road: Note, she's not 'Kamelot' in this AU. As a Noah she is the enemy, and while he finds her amusing, she is not his 'daughter' or any relation he is fond of. In many ways he resents her closeness to Tyki.
Cross Marian: Noah of Desires. Cyril has little opinion on the womanizer.
The Earl: Fat hippo of a man, Cyril finds him absolutely intolerable.
