[Regulus could understand why Dumbledore had chosen a Muggle restaurant, didn't mean he had to like it. It wasn't even the fact they were muggles, it was the fact everything seemed so... off. No one was wearing robes, the only candles were placed directly on the tables and weren't even needed as a main light source; it was all the minor differences that just screamed wrong to him.

But it was safer here. No follower of the Dark Lord would be caught dead there.

The incident in the Cave had only happened a few days before but it still left a mark on him. He was an almost sickly pale, more so in the soft lighting. He was a few minutes late but he found who he was looking for soon enough.]
