That's the full model number of the Terminator Units in Terminator and Terminator 2: Judgement Day.
The T-800 is the Chasis design. The 101 is the style of camoflage. The 100-Series had rubber camoflage, and were easy to spot, but could be massproduced quickly, but were effectively useless.
The T-1000 was the Experimental "Liquid Metal" Terminator in T-2. And we all know about the "Terminatrix" in T-3.
The regular Terminator unit in T-3 (Arny) was a T-850. Basically a "Product Improved" model with faster processing, larger database, and a badder attitude.
