Seth is curled up in his room, philosophy book spread out on the bed in front of him.  He's turning the pages without really reading, something he's completely sure he should be doing while he's feeling this...depressed, is probably the best word for it but he doesn't know what else to call it.  After realizing he's read the same half a page at ( Read more... )

Appearently, Seth and his father thinks very much alike. But Casper doesn't call, oh no. He comes upp and knocks on the door.

You could almost think that they had been avoiding eash other, not having seen even a glimpse of each other for this long a time. Of course, Casper doesn't know about Seth, but he most certainly haven't been avoiding Seth. Yes, he does feel deeply sorry about how their last conversation went, and no, he hasn't yet quite come to terms with the fact that his son is a killer, but... He's still his son. And he misses him.

So he stands there after having knocked, not even knowing if Seth is home or not.

He can hear the knocking and for a while, he assumes that Ash is going to get it. But the knocking continues and he rolls out of bed, peeking his head out to see if Ash is home. Since he apparently is not, Ash lets out a quiet, annoyed sigh and goes to the door, opening it without looking to see who's there.

Which is probably a good thing, since if he saw Casper he'd probably freak out a little bit and have a bit of a worried break down.
"...Hi dad," he says in a quiet voice.

Now that he's there, Casper doesn't know what to say. He hears the quietness of his son's voice, and sees the slumped posture. He's unsure wether it actually is some sort of empathic wave he's picking up, or just his own worry and - in a way - guilt talking, but... Seth is not feeling well.

"Hey," he greets back, trying for the moment to keep his worry away from his face and voice, and just remain calm. "Can I come it?"

"Do you want to?" he asks in a soft sarcasm, but he smiles lightly and backs up, leaving space for him to come in. "Sorry. You want something do drink? I mean um, can I get you something?" He tugs at his t-shirt, chewing on his lower lip.
