1. Sure! Botan's originally a spirit-being (undefined) that went through the training to become a pilot for the River Styx. If she's never encountered that kind of grim reaper, she might get the same type of reaction demons get in the series. By that, they're not completely sure what they're supposed to be sensing.
2. I'm gonna go with... maybe right now? It might take a lot before there's anything more than irritation and annoyance, because that's the closest thing to hate I've ever seen her express.

For Eliot verydistinct 1) Very human, very normal. Capable of extraordinary things, like firing a bolt-action sniper rifle faster than a human could to assassinate Osama in Yemen. Or, you know... this with absolutely no injuries.
2) He can easily get annoyed and angry. He'll just... do his best to control it around most people he's not supposed to beat the crap out of. Save for growling and glaring. He's someone that's officially pissed off at mostly everyone and enjoys that whole beating people up thing. So! Waaaay yes.
And Lily here, herself: 1) Human. Not a plain ol' one, but a mutant. All poisons and unable to get addicted to stuff.
2) Super yes, and it won't be hard. Even more, she can easily admit this stuff and act out on it. In fact, it affects her physically with what kind of toxins are created. Lily's very honest, even about her hate. Especially those daddy issues of hers.
1. Kurapica has the ability to manipulate Nen - or essentially "Qi" - but that's not spiritual, really, so...uh? Not a whole lot? I don't know if she could sense someone's ability to use Qi
( ... )
1. Rip's a vampire. Though not sure if she'd pick up on the artificial part. If you want she can have a vague sense of 'there's something not right about that vampy'. Completely up to you!
2. Go for it! Rip's kind of a ball of sociopathic genocidal hate with a child's demeanor. It's... really not that hard to set her off.
Beka 1. She's got some minor magics which could be picked up on. 2. a. Pretty normal levels of anger and hate. She's essentially a cop, but her anger is usually directed at specific targets or at very general concepts such as "Those who prey on the weak" b. Yes
Tybalt 1. He's normal 2. a. Oh dear gods what is the boy not angry about? He's angry and frustrated and angry about being frustrated. And really, really pissed off about his cousin's marriage... b. Please do. Though he gets stabby if angry.
Ray 1. Another normal one 2. a. Ray works very hard to keep himself from dwelling on anger or hatred too long, as such things tend to cause inefficiency as an assassin. Though his dislike of Jean Louis does skirt close to the hatred line depending on how recent conversations have gone. b. If he starts getting too angry, or uncontrolled, Ray's more likely to cut things short and walk off.
iceandivory 1. Hitsugaya is shinigami or death god. Like most Bleach characters, he has a distinct spiritual energy that he projects. He has the ability to hide it, but when he's not, it's extremely cold and freezes his surroundings when he releases it. So she's free to sense anything from he's dead to he's a shinigami to he wields ice. 2. He's pretty much an explosion of negative emotion. He is the easiest person to frustrate or annoy, and when he hates he really, really hates. Suicide charges and all. She probably wouldn't have to sense anything to figure out when he's mad or what makes him mad, but she's free to. And I don't mind the second option as long as I get a heads up first.
kill_joo_ded 1. Killua is human. 2. He's pretty volatile as far as emotions go because, yeah. Angsty teenager and all that jazz. She can feel free to sense any negative emotion, though he'll often try not to show it (aside from annoyance, that comes out a lot), and I'm good with the second option, again so long as I get a heads up first.
