Lotsa great things on that list, but man, Bubba Ho-Tep. Definitely recommend that one. ..then again, I'm a HUEG Bruce Campbell-dork, so of course I'll rec one of his movies XD; Pretty much everything that has even the slightest bit to do with the Chin Man is worth watching/reading/listening/etc etc.
I'm really bad at giving recommendations but, umm..I s'pose Bryan Fuller's stuff might be up your alley, if you've missed those; Dead Like Me, Wonderfalls & Pushing Daisies. ..hahah idk, like I said, I'm bad with this stuff :D;;;
I saw a review for it by the Angry Video game nerd, he had a lot of affection for the movie so he certainly put it in a good light to make me curious to see it. Though it does remind me I need to add 'The Evil Dead' onto this list, I only ever saw the start and stopped on it.
Heh, added to my list, I did wonder about Pushing Daises, especially since you're like the third friend of mine to rec it xD So ADDED it has beeen~
