i guess i'm lucky my kitten has a short memory because i've accidentaly stepped on her several times and she has forgiven me. have you tried giving her tuna?

No, trying to not get in the habit of giving them any people food. It is nice to be able to open a can of tuna and not have cats crying like they're dying before you even get the lid off!
