It is from his video diary - it's from one of the very first ones for his first day - when he was holding the sonic for the first time.

From an episode of a programme David was in, back in the 90's. It was called 'The Adventures of Para Handy' I think and was, if I recall correctly, set in the scottish higlands. Think he was only in one ep, and I've only just seen pictures myself recently.
