My first day edition Harry Potter stamps just arrived. Addressed to 'Miss'. Thinking it strange I'd chosen this title as i never do, I checked the confirmation email, and indeed it had me down as a 'Ms'.

This annoys me.

Lego are bringing out an ever bigger star wars set. At 5195 pieces it's more than 50% bigger than the Death Star which I built here.It's a Falcon, but to scale with lego minifigures! Which means this one comes with 5 cute lego figures and working ramp etc.. Previously, the 16+ only Ultimate Collectors Editions have all been sold as scale models ( Read more... )

OK. I need to submit before 00.01 on 21st July 2007.

The plumbers started to install my new boiler today, everything seems to be going well.  They even put their mugs away before they left.

It occurred to me though that if I could do without minor things like hot water and heating I could have bought a new R2D2 entertainment centre instead and  had plenty of change. Wah, why do I have to be an adult ( Read more... )
