1. Yes, I recognized him. When I read the note, I was like "No way! No fuckin way!" But it was a happy thing. lol

I agree entirely. The only reason I would ever watch EoT part 2 again is for the Doctor/Master bits. The rest was confusing, poorly written and too many unnecessary scenes.
