I'm at the University of Oregon.  In my dorm.  Talking to my roommate.

This is the beginning of the rest of my life.

In exactly one month, I will be at college moving into my dorm.

*biggest smile ever* :D

Well, it's done.  I went to IntroDUCKtion this weekend, and now I am officially a college freshman.  Complete with a schedule and I.D. card. :)

I feel so relieved.  I understand what I need to take, what to expect, where to find most things.  Most of all, I now know that I can do it.  I can live on my own.  I can live a life completely different ( Read more... )

I'm graduating in less than 4 hours.

Today is the last first day of a high school term, and it feels weird.  Damn good, mind you, but weird none the less.  We have exactly ten weeks until we graduate.  Ten weeks until I get to be done with the shit that is high school, ten weeks until I have a glorious ducky graduation party, and ten weeks until I will be so happy.  Fuck.  Yes.
