[Turnabout Cafe closed early in order to prepare for the party Uta and Abby had set up. They had gone through a lot of trouble preparing the food as well as the entire look of the place to suit the party's theme.]

Omi stayed in the back until Uta was done singing. He didn't want to interrupt her, and Aya had gotten there first. Besides, he wasn't sure he could face Uta or Umi after Ken's return. Ken... hadn't been quiet about hating him, and he couldn't even explain why. Not entirely.

It's just sad... so many bad things have been happening in the City lately... and with Ken's return. It's suppose to be a wonderful reunion for you... and for him.

...it's so difficult to have your memories taken from you.

That's right, and you look wonderful. There's no way Aya can pull off your look in a million years.

[She pauses, tilting her head to the side to admire her handy work... and then...]

Everything will work out, Omi. Ken will remember the City eventually... just give him some time.

And if he doesn't, then this means you have the chance to create more wonderful memories with him... ne?

There's no way we can ever let the City win.

I dunno, I still think he'd look good in that cravat...

[Omi submitted to the tie fixing, then smiled, giving Uta a quick hug. He knew it didn't work like that, but it was time to put his game face on. Everything was okay here.]
