Oh I'm not kidding either. Kids these days are becoming more and more reminiscent of Lord of the Flies... it's like they never learn to control their savage instincts anymore :/

Could we blame the media? Of course we could. But also the parents. I remember talking with someone about another friend's toddler who is extra-clingy. Her response: Don't they have a tv? was stated without so much as a hint of irony. I am sure I sat there with my mouth opened for close to a minute before blinking. She had to repeat the question.

You do not let tv (and computers) babysit your children, people! Pity the children.

In fact, that was exactly the point of the Law and Order episode: the boy watched all these movies and t.v. shows and learned how to rape from there. T.V. and movies do have some role, I don't doubt that, but it's impossible to censor this stuff from your kids, it seems, due to the internet. You definitely shouldn't let that crap be babysitting your kids, no doubt about that!

omg! that's crazy. i do think its cool that they united/organized themselves though. cool but creepy. i think if i go into teaching its going to be at the college level. by then hopefully the psychos have been weeded out (i'll probably have to see them since i'll be work as a psychologist). oh well.
