I know, right!

The Weston Price foundation is super interesting. I like their articles on soy. I am not sure about raw milk (they have a bunch of things on that), well I am not brave enough to try it. Part of that reason is that the entire family is lactose intolerant...

I don't like that butter is so hard to spead though :-(

On the topic of fats/oils: coconut oil is really good for you (Dr. Mercola is all into that one) - oh and I think I told you it is great for use on your hair as well.

oh wow this is so old, but i wanted to say that the reason you may think you are lactose intolerant is due to pasteurization morphing the proteins in milk to make it difficult for your body to process. all the milk products that are available to us are heated to ridiculously high degrees to kill the germs, but that also messes the molecular structure of enzymes and proteins in the milk. i remember there being an article about raw vs. pasteurized milk with lactose intolerance being one of the points. or i could be misremembering.

soy is EVIL!

butter is hard to spread, but if you stick to hot baked goods, you should be fine. then again, how often does that happen? unless you live near a bakery?

yeah i've heard that about coconut oil, it sounds so exotic and delicious. i will have to try it soon.
