It triggered a survivor close to me, who called Kira to warn her. Downton Abbey makes them both happy, too -- and neither of them are sure that they can or want to watch this season. Awesome job, writers!!

I rarely watch shows as they're new and pretty much always read spoilers first now for this sort of reason. Personally, I'm less triggered to read the spoiler and then be prepared for what's coming than to just come across it. It also means I choose when I watch things that might be triggering or upsetting for other reasons. The majority of what I watch live or new is sports or sports related. Yes, it means I'm behind everyone else, but it's safer for me. Since I didn't have a tv for years, I was generally behind and watching things on Netflix, Hulu, etc. anyway.
