Dreaming Reality

I just watched a documentary about quantum physics, and the idea that our own thoughts and perceptions play a part in shaping the reality around us. It led to an almost random connection between a bit of scientific trivia and a line from a favorite song

As for quantum physics, a LOT of the ideas around perception are interesting, like Heizenburg's Uncertainty Principle, which basically means that we cannot know the exact location and velocity of a particle at the same time; the mere act of observing one alters the other by a generally unknown amount, which is why we measure particles as a waveform of energy... It's all very intriguing.
