Well, I can now officially say that my exams are OVER!!!!!!!!!!! Had my interpreting exam approximately an hour ago and it was sheer torture. Of course Peter came out of his yesterday with the usual 'oh yeah, it was fiiiiiiine, no problem at all!'. Sure you won't have done badly, or at least not as badly as I'll be doing in German in 79 minutes time :( i've been getting bad reports about the exam lol.

Also, what sort of stuff did you have to interpret?

Both ways, and it was a conversation about the CPEs, their objectives, arguments for against them and such like...

Oh well! At least it was about something interesting!

It's a shame you didn't have to translate any of the chants. "Villepin, t’es foutu, la jeunesse est dans la rue" or "Aucune, aucune, aucune hésitation .. non non non au CPE".
