My mum turned 50 last year and it was only 2 weeks ago she did her 'once in 2 years' mammogram and pap smear tests. All came back negative and clean bill of health.

Yayy for mum~ :D

That is wonderful news! It is when we are at our age and can enjoy our parents on more of an equal footing that such news even makes us kids smile.
