I really have no idea what to post on, but I'm smacking my lips in the knowledge that I can now post whatever I want, whenever I want to. The pleasure of 24-hour internet room service, so to speak. I have no desire to make this post really memorable or momentous just because it's the first ever post from my room at IIMB, purely becuase I feel this ( Read more... )

Such posts should be discouraged for being depressing to those who are less fortunate.

:(

Next year or bust. That shall be my motto.

Hmmm... about the ragging thing - Ha Ha. Ha Ha Ha. (-Mandark)

Keep posting B experiences dude. Serves as inspiration to those of us still stuck in NITK.

Well, it's difficult to pack the whole thing in blogs, because there's so much that actually goes on, but will definitely try. And get the fuck out of NITK as soon as possible, for your own good.

write everything and drop them off home and seal can pick them up or whatever. strongly recommend both Audioslave and DT new albums. i'm sure someone has em on the lan otherwise will give you the cd. and the comments explosion? i think both of us are quite old in blogging terms to really change our styles. i've writtten what I thought were very good blogs with one or no comments but never really felt bad about it. the novelty of seeing the comment-meter go all the way upto 30 wears off pretty quickly. 30 itself is somewhat artificial - i reply to all comments and it's only 7-8 people that I know personally who comment so the question of changing styles doesn't arise.
and it's good to have you back in 'blogosphere'(sic)!

Yeah, waiting for critical mass to be attained. Will get both Audioslave and DT albums off the LAN. And yeah, feels good to be back. Am going to try out some shotgun blogging these days. You know, one sentence that tells the world how I feel and all that.

@mukka : dude please can i have copies of those grateful dead, johnson and alice in chains and also copies of DT and audioslave. And any other future maal that you might land? Would it be ok if dropped by IIM-B to get inspired by you?

@ganja : i am not old enough in blogging terms like you guys, but couple of days back i was reading the old posts on geektator. Right from post1 to the last one. i noticed that the way i wrote changed gradually. maybe i am wrong. and some of my posts that i consider to be good(all post are by default for me bad) have had no comments.
You might already have it, but if you dont i have the first album that Audioslave came up with. I won it, one of my few prizes ever, on Radiocity's Rebel Yell, when it was still a good station to tune into.

What abt books? Found any others apart from Sandman?

I presently seem to have no time after getting into the 'corporate world'. I haven't even got a comp, so no net access yet - will prob get it tomorrow. Weeklong induction programme. I start working from next week.

I heard you got some mega discount on a powerbook? Please confirm with details.
Also, I want all your stuff. Will personally come to IIMB to pick up shit.
And, I'm doing the ad agency stakeout this weekend (finally). Will pass on whatever I copy off from them.

PS: Out of curiosity, what's the drug culture there like?

Yup. Mega discount. Thinkpad for 47k. The LAN is fuckin HUMONGOUS. It's going to take me the whole of the year to mine it. Haven't asked anyone about the drug culture, though.
