How about some home-grown icons made by yours truly?  Screencaps taken from just about everywhere, but mostly Anime Stocks.

Right now I've only made six 10 that I'm happy enough with to show off, and they're all Bleach - but there will be some Naruto ones later one, as well as more Bleach when my motivation returns.
