I'm pretty new to this fandom, too, I've only been contributing for a short while, but I've certainly enjoyed many beautiful fics ~ there are a lot of great writers out there. I look forward to enjoying your stories, too, when you're ready!
I don't know if you've already seen this before, but over at No Takebacks right at the beginning of their "Daily Pilot Posts" everyone contributed their suggestions about the best authors and stories in the Kara/Lee fandom and they put them all together in one post:
You might find some suggestions for older stories that you might not have run across before. I especially recommend "Polish the Stars" by shuchong, it's unfinished, but irresistable :)
Ooo, yes. I love good fic recs. What a coincidence, I read Polish the Stars last night. It was so good. I wish it was finished! I wonder what happened to the author. I suppose real life gets in the way some times.
