I was reading self..and there are two things that I want to put in here that are in of great importance to wemon/teen

swimming and pilates are great workouts when you're pms'ing... running is a definite no-no because of the whole breast tenderness thing so many of us get..
(I saw your journal on Adam's friend's list..just so you don't wonder)
You have helped many by your post, haha.
