1. Learning about art forgery is fascinating. Not only does it mean that one spends hours falling down the rabbit hole of Wikipedia, one also gets to read up on the FBI's Art Theft division1 and Interpol and the FATF.2 (Technically the FATF has nothing to do with art theft. Hell to the yes, that would be fantastic. (can I ask you if the Arthur/Ariadne story in progress has been abandoned or not? I am very patient and do not want to nag, but also figured you might have changed your mind about it, in which case I'd prefer to know...)

Okay.
Here's the deal: I got crazy busy with teaching and such, and the last bit of Words and stones is still (minorly) under construction. But. I'd decided a while back that WAS was going to be four parts, rather than the three I initially thought it would be. And the third part is done. Like, I could post it tonight if I wanted-- it's coded and edited and ready to go. But I had kind of thought that I'd hold off and post three and four together, and have the whole thing done, you know? But that was when I thought I'd be able to knock out the fourth part in a week or two, and that-- that was months ago.
Since school's out now, I do anticipate finishing WAS fairly soon, but probably not before the end of the month. So. What do you think-- should I go ahead and post the third part? Or should I wait, and post the last two parts at the same time?
