Woah - that is awesome! There's so much I like about it that I couldn't really pick one thing out... just ALL of it. I started a fic a couple of years ago (after LoTTL) where Sam goes into the canal (as per Sam's fate according to Ashes to Ashes S1) and when he wakes up he's SaxonMaster, but its kind of an abandoned WIP at the moment. Reading this story has made me want to get back to it sometime soon...

That would be really cool to read. I'm really glad you liked this story and am amazed that you read it so quickly, given how long it took me to write it. I haven't actually seen more than the first two episodes of A2A, but I did find it rather irresistible to Wiki it a bit.

Writing is always a good thing and I'm really flattered that you find this to be inspirational. ♥

I enjoyed the twists and turns of this a great deal. All that Retcon flying around, it's a wonder any of them remember their *names* at this point.

Amy's tear really stuck with me. Nice detail work, there.

The excessive use of RetCon was some attempt to sorta explain how it would still congeal with most of the rest of the shows' plots, but it was also just amusing to me for some reason.

Thanks so much for reading and commenting!
