[icons] 63 Sherlock icons: Sherlock, John & Lestrade

Here are 63 icons I made from the BBC's Sherlock. I'm absolutely in love.

Most of these are from A Study in Pink, but a few are from The Great Game. Most of them were made with a mind toward RPing and I'm using some of them on my accounts for dressing221b, but I'm happy to share.

Thanks! Apparently my thing is that I like yellows in coloring icons. I had no idea that this was the case until sheeana pointed it out to me, but apparently it is true. I think I also tend to like to try to correct skin-color of whomever is pictured, since TV shows tend to have blue or green or orange casts added to them. In closing, Color Balance is one of my favorite tools.

I was actually wondering myself why it was that I kept making Lestrade icons. It wasn't until I started making them that I realized just how much I like him or how attracted to him I am. I've got this lovely program called ImageGrab that allows me to take my own screencaps, which is a life-saver when I don't want to just flip through copious amounts of webpages. This way, I can navigate to a very specific spot and specify how many caps per second I want and get exactly the expression I'm looking for 99% of the time.

Lestrade does have quite a lovely face--it holds up quite well to making funny expressions and he's got a nice sexy-mode, too. A bit like David Tennant but a very different sort of attractive and funny faces, respectively.
