My favourite part about this, is not the John/Cam angst which is awesome in and of itself because I love angst, nor is it the little Lorne/Parrish parts poking in there from time to time which is love. My favourite part...is all the Cam/Parrish bonding. Parrish is so understanding and is there for Cam and stays with Cam once the teams return because he knows Cam needs someone there for him and it's all just so freaking awesome! <3 <3

Hehe, thanks dear :D In the original plan I had for this story, Parrish left quietly with Lorne and there was a lot of Cam freaking out on his own, but Parrish looked at me and put his foot down until I wrote him in as Cam's friend. :)

Loved it. It's a lovely adventure/love story. The John whump was excellent and all the care and worry of his steam was great. Of course the love between John/Cam was just perfect and I also really liked the Parrish/Lorne story.
“Good,” John says seriously. “I’d hate to have to kill a civilian, and I doubt Lorne would stick around as my second if I killed his boyfriend.”.....loved this so much.

I love how you manage to make all these connections and bonds...Parrish helping out Cam because he understands is just awesome. It was a nice reflection on each of their relationships.
