ACTIVITY CHECK

BUT PLEASE NOTE! Because December is a hectic month for many players, this check is different than the normal checks.

We've basically shortened the requirements by half, and even so we will still make exceptions and excuse players who might not quite make it because of the season. However, players must contact us either by commenting here on this post or sending us a message.

So please read the following so you won't get confused!

❖ requirements
To pass the activity check for the month of December, the entries/threads must date between December 1 through December 31.

You must provide links to one of the following two options:

1. 1 Post + 7 comments. Make a post of any type (Log/Dream/Voice/Video) with the character, and then have threads that total up to 7 comments with at least one different character. This can be done in either the main community or in the journals. (a link to one thread for the 7 comments is acceptable)
   • Example: Any Post Type / Thread with character 1
   
   
2. 15 comments. A total of 15 comments made with at least two different characters. This is to help characters/players who thread a lot, but may not make a lot of posts.
   • Example: Thread with character 1 / Thread with character 2

ADD-ONS: If you play an Add-On character, you must provide either links for 1 post OR threads that total 5 comments (a link to one thread for the 5 comments is acceptable).

Comments must be the total comments posted by your character. ONLY count your own characters' comments in your total. More than the required number of threads is allowed, so if you need to use, say, five thread links instead of two, that's perfectly acceptable.

If you have any questions or need any clarification about this, please feel free to ask a mod. Everyone must post below with the above requirements in order to pass the activity check.

❖ exemptions
If your character(s) fits into any of the following criteria, you do not have to post on this Activity Check and are exempt.

1. Any players/characters who were accepted in the December application cycle. (New players are still welcome to comment just so that we can have a nice record, but it's not required.)
   
   
2. Any players/characters who are currently on hiatus.
   • If you just came off a very long hiatus, contact one of us mods. Chances are you're still exempt.
     
     
   • Slowatuses are NOT exempt. But we will make exceptions, so comment here if there are any problems!

❖ do not meet requirements
If you do not meet the requirements don't panic! The check lasts for one week, and during this time you can make whatever posts and threads you need to pass. If you find that you are too busy right now with RL concerns, you can go on hiatus.

IMPORTANT: Because of the circumstances surrounding this month, we realize that some people may have been extremely busy to not even make the shortened requirements. Do not panic. If that's the case, just contact either of us mods (Laena or Lari) and just tell us. We will make a lot of exceptions for this month. The only catch is you will be expected to make the January activity check (unless unforeseen circumstances arise).

Comment to this post using the following template (NOTE: This is just a basic template that follows the first option. Feel free to alter it as needed to fit whichever option you choose):

❖ final notes
We will make another reminder as well as provide a "Danger List" midway through the week.

AC CHECK ENDS 11:59 PM (CST) Sunday, January 2. This means you have all through Sunday to meet the requirements before the AC closes.
