Phase: Three-quarters-full waning. The exuberant glow of the festival has faded.
Weather: Crisp, full autumn cool with temperatures lingering in the sixties all week. The nights are chilly and dewy, with some fall rainfall blotting out the skies over the weekend.
Effects: Winding down. It is a calm, languid, lazy week.
Notes: The Autumn Festival is over, and the NPCs all seem rather relaxed and satisfied with how it had come to pass. Some NPCs may seem a little dejected or morose now that the celebrations have ended. What is left of the decorations and merriment will be pulled down and cleaned up slowly throughout the week. Volunteers to help the clean-up efforts would be much appreciated by the townsfolk!
There has also been an influx of crime in the seedy Industrial District. It seems the local slums have felt excluded from the recent celebration, and they have become a little ornery this week. As a result, a number of shootings and high-profile cases of gang violence have sprung up. Characters are advised to walk with a buddy after nightfall and to keep all personal belongings close at hand. Characters can be involved with a crime, or alternatively, they can become a target of a crime.
Please feel free to come to either of the mods if characters want in on a crime spree, or if you have general questions in regards to it. The city isn't falling apart entirely, so don't go too fire and brimstone on us.
