Weather: The days are bitter cold, with an ice storm beginning on Friday and lasting through mid-Saturday. Watch the poles and phone lines! Some may snap under the weight of the ice and freezing rains.
Effects: The Dreamberries are really starting to struggle. Watch your private calls - filters and screening mechanisms are now faulty, and may not work exactly as intended! Expect more frequent static binges. Dreams may also suffer from faulty transmissions. Perhaps a large chunk of the dream is missing or cut off, or static drowns out any hope of viewing one clearly. The further one travels from Espoir center, the worse the transmission.
Notes: The Dreamberries are getting progressively worse, and over the weekend during the Somarium ice storm, some Dreamberries may go out for a few minutes up to an hour at a time. However, the interference comes in batches, so we urge players not to overdo it. Static need not affect all transmissions at all times. Use your good judgment!
