Being the good "big brother" that he was (even though he was technically younger than Artemis, but details~) Tsuna was accompanying Artemis on his excursion and search for dirt. He had along a briefcase full of paperwork that he needed to work on. Proposals and missions and budget requests that needed his signature and approval.
Making sure that Artemis didn't wander to far from him, Tsuna had settled himself on the ground nearby where the goggled boy was searching and was using said briefcase as a hard surface to do his paper work on. Natsu, having grown bored of Tsuna ignoring him, had gone over to Artemis and was following the boy around. Digging occasionally in the dirt and giving the appearance that he was trying to help out.
Tsuna glanced up after signing approval on a budget request by none other than the boy he was keeping an eye on and called out to him. "Having any luck Artemis?"
"This soil seems to be rich in nutrients. However, I will have to take these samples home so I can test them. If they have what I need then I will be able to create the compound I desire."
Lifting his goggles up, he put them on top of his head before looking over at his pseudo-brother. Really, he'd even go so far as to remove the 'pseudo' part from the equation. He was quite fond of Tsuna. A good reason for him to not use his full name when they spoke. In fact, he would probably let Tsuna get away with calling him Arty in exchange.
Other than being pale, you don't look all that strange to her. Given she uses her own goggles, though that's usually when she's out in the desert with the professor. She watched him for a moment not wanting to disturb him, but she was getting curious.
Glancing over, he lifted his goggles to reveal one blue eye and one hazel eye. After a moment of study, he gave her a nod.
"I do actually. The field is quite fascinating. I am hoping to contribute some of my own information to it in order to advance it further. I believe it would be most beneficial to do so."
