Who: Samus Aran; whomever. Where: Outskirts of Somni and Saburra, District 3. Style: Preferably third. Status: Open to whomever would be oot and aboot in this weather.
So it seemed... he had become one of Somarium's resilient rescuers. It hadn't been his initial ambition, but he knew Yuuki was safe with Zero and after her seeing his latest dream, he had decided not to force the issue of seeing her. Kaname had drained his powers considerably from helping others find shelter, but he was immovably irritated that the Overlords had chosen such an inopportune time to allow people into Somarium.
He had made up his mind that he would find a way to confront them. No matter what happened, as long as he was a resident of this dreadful place, he would continue to collect information about them until he could feasibly approach them in a protected way. It couldn't be that he was the only one who felt this way. But, most of the people he had come into contact with were perfectly happy with living in this nightmare.
Well I'm not, His expression darkened, lips twisting into a cynical scowl

Half an hour later, Samus was beginning to regret trekking out in the middle of this storm. The encroaching night combined with the black rain and high winds brought visibility to a minimum, making it difficult enough for even her to maneuver among the debris. Still, there was that insistent blinking light on her uplink, driving her on despite the weather. She hoped it was actually leading her to her ship, and not...well, anywhere else, really

His brow rose when he saw the woman raise her weapon. Perhaps his patience was running thin due to utilizing his powers heavily for the past couple of hours, but Kaname decided to reduce the amount of verbal miscommunication by getting straight to the point. He confidently continued to walk towards her until he was standing just in front of her.
Eyeing her suit for a moment, his expression continued to remain impassive. It was obvious by her actions that she had recently appeared in Somarium. He would give her what she needed and she could do whatever she wanted with it. "Well, are you going to shoot me or are you going to ask me where you are?"
As the humanoid didn't appear to have any sort of weapon, nor did he seem to be taking any sort of hostile action, Samus refrained from firing her weapon. Better not to needlessly injure another person. Still, she had to admit this person had balls, approaching her without hesitation like that. Not many would approach someone pointing a weapon at them head on. She waited til he stopped, sizing him up, almost forgetting her weapon was still pointed at him until he spoke.
At his words, she couldn't help but be surprised. An eyebrow raised, she lowered her weapon and raised herself to her full height. Activating her helmet's voice-changer (it was part of her bounty hunter image, that--very few knew she was in fact female), she replied.
"The latter, if you don't mind. I woke up a few miles from here. Are you one of the locals? If so, I'd appreciate any information you can give me on the area."
