[Those wandering in the area that was supposed to be the third district of Somni City may hear the faint sound of horns, trumpets, and piano. Then, a clear voice singing originating from inside a club down the street

[Running his fingers through his hair, he ensures that it is pressed back before he applauds the song that just finished. Clovis is sure that he has a few orchids that he has to go about looking into, few paintings to finish, but he decides that it wouldn't be terrible to go to see a few of his favorite singers. Besides, most of his work is done, just a few taps of a pen and everything will be ready for Lelouch.

All work and no play is no good for him. Especially when his play is his work, if it gets to be work and not play, that'll be an absolute shame. Course, he won't deny that he is still feeling a little sore about what happened with Bayonetta and careful to give his heart out to any pretty dame now. Especially when they can't tell when they're being courted or not.

A slight lowering of his head before he sets his hands on the table to get up.]

That was quite lovely. [Not as lovely as Miss Somarium, but eh. He shrugs his shoulders at his own thought.]

[Noel tenses slightly when she hears a man speaking to her, her hand instinctively placing itself on her right thigh, feeling the hard metal through the fabric. However, registering the face, she quickly relaxes and crosses her legs as she leans back on the chair. Though she determined that she was in no immediate danger, she keeps her guard up.]

I-It's not that great... [Her shyness is genuine. After all, she's still new to show business, and interacting with people like this isn't something she had gotten used to yet.] The crowd didn't seem to like it much. I'm just happy they listened...

Ah, they are all wet. [He makes a slight dismissive gesture with hsi hand. Yes, it was rather awkward-sounding from the shyness that he sees now, but he felt that it had a rather honest sound to it. And she will hopefully be able to carry on with her career. It's always nice to follow such things and say that he knew someone when -- ah, networking.]

I thought that it was quite lovely, if you do not mind me repeating myself. [A slight tip of his head. It is unfortunate, but the secondary reason that he is speaking to her as he does not view her as much of a threat. Threat being that he has difficulties speaking to older women -- or even those around his own age -- and trying to ease into it.

[One would expect a girl to react with happiness and a smile, but not Noel. She's forgotten how to do so long before, so she merely reacts with surprise. It's not to say that she wasn't grateful for his honest opinion, because she was. That meant progress, after all. And she needed it if she was ever going to maintain this front.

She gets up from the seat to approach and properly thank him.]

W-Well, thank you very much, then. My next show will be at a club over in the next district. It would be nice if you could attend that one, too.

[Now that he was closer in sight, there was something that bothered her a tad.]
