[Though the opera house was far closer to completion than it had been some time ago, it still needed work done on it. After all, in Austria's opinion, there was no way this place was ready to premier a new Mozart opera. It needs to be as high class as Mozart's opera is. Austria being Austria, though, doing the actual handiwork? Not something he would want to do. If he had to, of course he would, but he would much rather get help from others and comment on their work. That's just how he is.]
