Nero wasn't really up to anything at the moment, as he was still lost in the premise of his dream. He found that it struck a little too close to home, what with the fact that it could've happened, and the fact that his arm was a touchy subject to begin with. He considered Zack a friend though, apparently a good enough one for him to even consider such an odd task.

Horseback riding? For a man who could run faster than the average human, and jump even farther, he'd never really considered alternate transportation. Hell, he'd even have ridden his sword before he had ridden an animal or drove a car. Yet, he found himself walking to the lake anyway, his arm partly concealed by bandaging just in case it frightened the creature. The last thing he needed was a horseshoe to the face.

When he saw the boy in the distance, he waved his arm in greeting. If the horse thing didn't work out, then he could at least let Zack ramble about it and take mental notes. He owed his friend that much.

If Zack ever saw Nero riding his sword, the kid was going wonder if Nero hit his head too hard at some point. And then ask how the hell he does that. Because really? Riding a sword? What.

When he saw Nero in the distance, he waved right back. Once the other man got closer, Zack smiled up to him and patted Argo's side. "Hey! All set? Argo here is ready to go!"
