[Snow was damn right about Lightning being annoyed. Had he chosen to forgo bothering her about that little dream, she would’ve been just fine, but no. The hero always had to run his mouth. It had been a while since she had socked him in the jaw anyway, his medicine was overdue.

She made her way to the field, and even though her element was nothing close to comforting in this weather, she forwent a jacket as well. The activity would keep her warm, as would the satisfaction.

When she notices her big oaf of an opponent standing not far off, she unsheathes her Saber with a flurry of mechanical ticks and shoots just shy of his massive foot. She then promptly begins running at him, fully intent at going for his neck.]

[The sudden tiny explosion near his feet made Snow jump, he hadn't expected to be shot at. But maybe he should have , considering what he's done. Planting his feet once he stepped back from the hole in the ground, Snow watched his future sister in law fly at him with her weapon drawn.

He needed his coat for one reason. The patches her wore on it were the only weapons he used. So he activated the one he wore now, and once Lightning was close enough, he tossed up his arm. His specialty lie in his defensive abilities, so for the time being, he was going to put up a Steel Guard and deflect the girl's attack.]

[And with the deflection of her attack, she grunts and flips back. That defense will surely become an annoyance, but that was only typical with Snow.

She waves her hand, gesturing for him to make the next move. This might be the only way to get through that Steel Guard.]

[His move, huh? Snow drops his guard after a moment, shifting his feet into a more offensive stance before he throws his weight forward in a jab to her torso.]
