...The brain can send signals to the other parts of the body, telling them to move. So to move, you must think in your brain that you wish to move.

You seem to have adequate control over the arms already, but the legs are likely more difficult. It might be easiest to start with crawling, if you cannot walk immediately. The legs are much less likely to break than the arms, at least.
