You seem to have adequate control over the arms already, but the legs are likely more difficult. It might be easiest to start with crawling, if you cannot walk immediately. The legs are much less likely to break than the arms, at least.

Humans normally learn how to operate the body over a much longer period than we have available right now, unfortunately. But that body has matured enough that it should have no physical difficulties; you merely have to learn how to use it.
