† Who: Sebastian thebutler_epic, in service to Madame Red rouge_blood, who invites all of somarium to join her party † Where: Grell's house holla, Somni † Style: Whichever pleases you. † Status: Doors are wide open
Finally the day of the long-awaited party had come. Angelina was so thrilled it was the only thing she could think about for days, which would have inflicted the quality of her work, if she had even appeared in the hospital for the last few days - there just was too much to do to make the house ready to accept so many guests. And, yes, Angelina expected many - it was her party, after all!
Seeing Sebastian already at the door, ready to welcome anyone who arrived, Madame couldn't help but smile and hurry to stand next to him and greet her guests like a proper modern hostess.
What faery could resist dancing, and a party? Not Niall. He may be new here but he wasn't the least bit shy. And he missed those Summer Revels, though he likely wouldn't admit that to Irial. Regardless of his reasons and motives, Niall had heard about the party and showed up in a sharp but casual suit, first few buttons of his dress shirt undone, shiny shoes on, and ready to find a partner willing to try and keep up with him. He only hoped the music was something he could work with.
Angelina noticed quite a few new faces and had no intention to pass by them without introducing myself. So here she was, with a lovely smile on her lips and all the posture of a charming hostess that she was.
"Good evening, sir. I don't think we have been properly introduced. I am Madame Red, your mistress of the house for this evening. I hope you are enjoying the party so far?"
"I would be enjoying it more if I had someone to dance with," Niall said, smiling softly at the woman. No one could miss spotting her, decked out in red, which suited her so very well. He tilted his head slightly, smile turning playful. "Does the hostess get to indulge in a dance, if time permits her? I'll give you my name if you give me a dance."
The Medicine Seller wasn't really one for parties, but what better way to get acquainted with the interesting inhabitants of Somarium then to mingle with them. Although the Medicine Seller hadn't exactly been mingling so much as he was just lingering and watching. He sat upon one of the couches, one leg crossed over the other as he leaned his side into the arm of the chair, angled so he could see most of the other party goers
( ... )
"Good evening," Sebastian greeted the guest as soon as he had the opportunity to break away from his duties at the door. He could not properly attend to every guest as he greeted them, and so Sebastian settled for seeking them out individually as they settled into their niche within the party; in this case, he was reposing on the couch, apparently bored.
The Medicine Seller glanced toward the man, staring for a long moment before he returned the greeting, "Good evening," He spoke slowly, accenting each syllable like he had all the time in the world. It wasn't so much he was bored with the ongoing festivities, just bored with things in general. He would have thought this place would be more interesting seeing as it could just drag people from their homes unwillingly. How odd was it that people seemed so lively despite that.
"Might you be serving..." and another long pause, as if debating what it was he wanted exactly, " tea...?" he shot the other a look, giving him a once over and looking more amused than he had a second before. He could prove to be interesting.
