[After the conversation with Dominic (during as well, if he had to be honest with himself), something brought up had reminded Atsuro of, well, the girl whose lab he was standing in front of right now. It wasn't that he felt that Dominic was particularly better than Rita at taking care of himself - it was just that he was pretty sure Dominic was less prone to doing stupid things.
He highly doubted Rita had listened to him when he'd warned her to stay inside or at least with someone else if she could, but regardless, he'd brought a bag of, well, groceries of a sort just in case in knapsack. Mostly because he was feeling uneasy and would rather have both hands free... just in case. He'd made it here without incident though... and this would be him knocking on the door.]
[... who are you calling someone who is prone to doing stupid things? :|
... there is a moment before she opens the door, because she obviously has more important things to do then to respond to everyone who knocks whenever they feel like it. There is another moment in which she stares at him, then at his backpack.
And that moment is interminably long for Atsuro, because he has nothing better to do than wait - and hope that she didn't actually go and do something stupid.]
