Who: Spain and Romano and Turtle and You!
Where: A hill in Espoir somewhere.

[If you were to ask them, they would not be able to honestly explain it. It seemed entirely natural at the time.
The turtle is adorable, after all, and the thought of a hill being so near and possibly being a hazard didn't cross either of the countries' minds. Of course, they were too busy arguing to notice.
Or, rather, Romano was yelling at him and Spain was smiling and cooing over the turtle, but I digress.
Eventually, the inevitable happened.
The turtle crawled too close to the hill, fell and retreated into its shell, only increasing its momentum down the hill. Spain panicked, Romano panicked, and--
And now there is a turtle sliding down a hill, being chased by two panicking countries.
