[ Oz had spent most of his morning sleeping face-first into the pillow. And dreaming. And wondering just how he could convince Gilbert he was worth more than just a servant. He was the closest person to him. Someone who had stood by his side no matter what. Rena and Alice were important to him, extremely precious, extremely valuable, he couldn't lose them - but Gilbert was important too. So important. ]

[Gil smiles in his master's direction, and sets the tray on the bedside table.

He crosses the room to draw back curtains, and sunlight floods the room.]
