He watches her for a moment, before smiling a little. If she's new, she might need help, right?]

Diva turns around at the almost greeting. She tilts her head to one side then smiles. ]

[he had just finished some last minute shopping in some of the quaint village stores when he thought he heard someone singing. unable to resist, he somehow managed to find the mysterious woman and stands to side listening. it was beautiful...hauntingly beautiful really.

when she finishes, he gives her a respectful applause]

[ Diva always likes being praised for whatever she does, especially for her singing. After all, the talent doesn't really run in the family, considering her sister hardly knows how to sing.

She laughs lightly at the thought of her older sister singing then turns to her audience with a smile. ]

[ She blinks twice at the suddenness because really, are you a magician of some sort, mister? But the rose . . . she takes the rose, a strange expression crossing her face. ]

Why, thank you. I love roses, but this color reminds me of my sister's eyes. [ AND SHE SMILES AT YOU SO NICELY. ]

[Yamamoto is coming by the square, tossing a baseball in the air when he hears the singing. He's just finished playing catch with Jirou and the dog is loping along at his side.

He stops to listen with a tilt of his head, before he laughs.]

Haha, wow! Holograms are getting pretty good, aren't they Jirou?

[ Well now, wasn't that rude? Was he laughing at her? In any case, Diva turns around and gives the person passing by a quick glance. It's tempting to eat him . . . but not yet. After all, it might not be her that he's laughing about.

Instead she walks forward him, her traditional not predatory smile in place. ]

[The ex-sort-of-still Prefect is on her patrol. Nothing worth mention tonight so far. The scarecrows are creeping, the trees are rustling in a way that makes Yuuki twitch uncomfortably and constantly look over her shoulder. She's trying to keep it cool, trying being the operative word.

[Aaaand then she notices the dancing figure. Her hand reflexively goes to her staff and she pauses midstep, not sure if this is something to disturb, something to ignore, or something she should turn and run away from altogether]

[ She's not doing anything except singing so there's no reason to be alarmed. Diva however has already noticed this person, gotten a whiff of her smell. Different, and sweeter, from everyone else whom she'd met.

Diva doesn't pause though, as she continues singing. Only keeping note of this new person's movements. ]

[Yuuki decided to go with plan B after a minute of just standing there, staring and listening, her hand tight around Artemis. Reassured that everything seemed all right - strange, but all right, she kept walking, trying not to sneak glances back over at the woman as she passed]

[ She held a strange weapon, not at all a sword or anything like that. What could a staff do against her anyway, Diva? She turns around, still singing, and stares at this girl passing by. She tilts her head to one side as if in question then simply . . . smiles. The corners of her lips rise to something between a smirk and that of amusement until the last note fades away. ]
