[Syaoran was just passing by after doing a few grocery shopping. When he stopped his steps, he saw this boy playing with... random objects using magic. Or was he really playing? Hmm. It made him curious, so he observed for a few more seconds.

Though it occured to him that staring wasn't exactly the most polite thing. So he should at least greet. He curiously asked:]

What are you doing? [and a smile to follow]

[Luc glances over at the boy]

[oh, so he really was just playing? maybe there's something in his mind... but, he shouldn't pry]

I see... [he blinked once, then looked out towards the water] A lighthouse? Is there a dock anywhere here?

[This is why Luc preferred to stay away from people here. Back home, everyone knew how powerful he was, and he could people-watch without anyone wanting to actually strike up a conversation with him.]

[so Kamina had decided to try and train his bear out by the lake since it was out of the way and he won't have to worry about bird man bugging him.

[and he does! though Kamina doesn't notice the wind since he was still behind. but now he's caught up and will be putting an arm around the bear as he takes a moment to catch his breath]
