[Canas is already clumsy, and a derp. He's wandering around, logging the plants in his notebook with good, derpy, scholarly, wide-eyed excitement.

And then he trips over the vine.

He does a rather magnificent faceplant into the ground.

And then, a few moments later, he is covered by leaves, and all you can hear is spluttering.]

[And from the trees, Canas? Loud, loud laughter.]

And he just tripped! Just like that! Too easy!

[And more laughter as he narrowly avoids rolling right off his place on the tree branch.]

[ Terra is unsuspecting like whoa. And she's been walking around in the forest - more jungle now - with a bit of curiosity, poking at the overgrown vines and larger than normal *TRIP* ohgod what - Terra sprawls, tensed when she hears the gears whirring and such. What in the worl- *FOOMF* down comes the blanket of leaves and vines and there is a lot of muffled squeaking from the poor esper.

Which may not be a good thing to panic a girl like her. After all, she's still scared that a certain someone will pop up out of nowhere - and THIS MIGHT BE HIS PLAN. ]

NO! LET ME OUT! [ Clawing at the blanket like a wild thing- she hasn't remembered her dagger and sword yet, the silly girl. ]

[He can't help but snicker a bit. What an entertaining reaction. Though there is still just the slightest faint trace of chivalry from Boris as he hops down from his tree, a few feet away from her.]

Follow my voice! [... er, wait. She may need a better tip than that.] You should be able to crawl out from under the thing.

[ How cruel of you, cat! But she tenses at the voice, which is most certainly not Kefka's. Well that is quite a relief. She takes a breath, forcing herself to calm, and claws at the vines, gradually making her way out from under the blanket of DOOM. And when she finally is free, she casts a wild gaze around, spooked. Her eyes also may be red for a second, before fading back to blue. You saw nothing. ]

[Boris sees everything, but that doesn't mean he pays attention to the lot of it. He's still greatly amused by this.]

[Senri's just walking around. Unfortunately for Boris, he stops before reaching the vine, because he gets the feeling that someone else is around, since he has good senses like that. Or fortunately, depending on how much Boris cares about his friend. :|

[... dammit. No fun there. He sighs and his ears flop a bit. But eventually he resorts to hanging upside down from the tree branch with his legs being the only thing to secure him from falling.]

[And look who it is! Chii walking through the newly formed jungle life minding her own business. Thankfully she's managed to avoid triggering the trap so far but who knows for how long that will last.]
