[That was the guy who he had seen burning the forest. Someone like that... he wasn't entirely sure how to deal with in a calm way, but he had to try.]

[He was out and about too, so spotting him was fairly easy.]

[Calmness was something Cloud was usually good at. But at the moment, remaining calm was the farther thing from his mind. He had the destruction of a village to get back to, after all.

So the sound of someone yelling behind him wasn't all that welcoming. At least if the way his eyes flared as he turned towards the sound was any indication.]

[ She heard about the forest fire, Cloud. Heard about it, smelled it, saw the smoke - and she really hoped she was wrong about the reason for it. Although she hadn't actually planned on running into Cloud, it was purely chance. She was walking through Espoir, saw the bike, and... decided to follow. Maybe she could talk some sense into him. So ..wheeere was he? ]

So late, Terra. He's already laying in a heap at the edge of the forest!

[Oh, he was around. In fact he was currently coming out of the store near the edge of the village, sword once more resting against his back, two cloth bags in his hands. The smell of smoke was currently filling the air, bringing a small smile to his face. He had done well. Mother was pleased with him. After all, this was only the beginning.]
